Common chip inductor

(1) Ferrite patch inductor

Features: small volume; Small magnetic leakage; There is no mutual coupling between film sensors, and the reliability is high; No lead, no tracking, suitable for high-density surface mounting; Excellent weldability and heat shock resistance, suitable for wave soldering and reflow soldering.

(2) Wound patch inductor

Features: small size, suitable for high-density surface mounting; The end electrode structure is adopted to suppress the parasitic component effect caused by the lead wire; Better frequency characteristics and stronger anti-interference ability; Excellent weldability and thermal shock resistance; High application frequency, high accuracy and good consistency.

Characteristics: alumina ceramics, suitable for high self resonant frequency; Small size (1.6+0.8+0.8mm); Q value is high and inductance value is stable at high frequency; Operating temperature range: - 30 ℃~+85 ℃. It is generally used for filtering and oscillation.
